Returns & Exchanges existing products

We will do our best to help resolve the situation and send you a new product. Your feedback will also help use ensure that we can provide the best quality products for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges custom orders

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom orders. We will however ensure that we work and communicate with you during the creation process to ensure that the custom order meets your requirements.

For custom orders we will give you an average quote based on the materials and time required to create your product, a small upfront fee to start the project, and the final quote when the project is completed and ready to be shipped to you. This ensures that we can create the best product to suit your needs within a budget that you are expecting.
